The Airflo Superflo Max Power Taper is designed for maximum casting distance and precision on any action rod. Unlike other fly lines, it is built on Airflo's proprietary TPU formula — PVC-free since 1984 — with a three-layer design that resists cracking, UV degradation, and breakdown from DEET and sunscreen, and lasts up to twice as long in independent testing. Because TPU requires no plasticizers or chlorine, it does not leach chemicals into the water, and it is eligible for return through Airflo's recycling program with TerraCycle. Superflo coating delivers 30 percent less surface friction than other fly lines for faster line speed and better shootability season after season. The low-stretch core provides just 6 to 12 percent stretch versus over 20 percent in other fly lines. Available in WF3F, WF4F, WF5F, WF6F, WF7F, WF8F, and WF9F.
